Unit 6 blog

Hello,

After doing the universal loving kindness exercise it helped after a stressful day at work and irritating coworkers.  It made me reflect and feel more uplifted to the people I'm around on daily basis rather than hold anger.  I believe that if I can do this more often I will be able to see more positive outlooks and helpfulness to others more commonly.  I like how this exercise is quick and is simple compared to other exercises we have done in this course.

The integral exercise was unique in the fact that it made me realize that I need to be aware of all aspects of integral health but not necessarily be sufficient in each one but at least be aware of them all.

I liked the universal loving kindness exercise best because it's simplicity and is relatively short, I can focus on this more and apply more to my life because I believe the integral exercise is in the background and is cognitive in my life so therefore it's not as useful to me.  I can implement the universal kindness exercise more often and apart of my life to further my health wellness in stress and forgiving others.
